Craft of the day
Altered Book Journal

This Altered Book will be used for the
Baby Shower
I am hosting for my daughter this Saturday!

old book
(cut out front and back)
acrylic paints
(for ruff look around the edges)
scrap paper
vintage music sheet
drawing paper
(70lb. for journal)
crepe paper
(create fringe)
UHU Stick
(create holes in book cover)
binder rings
(pack of assorted colors)
* create with love*

This journal will be placed on a table
by the front door,
along side of a picture frame of
ultrasounds that have been taken
of my future Grandson.
Guests will arrive
write in the journal, with this question to answer...

Tell me something, I should know, about the world.

I really hope my daughter will enjoy this journal
and treasure it until that day...
her son will ask...
"Mommy, tell me something about the world?"
And she will have the journal to share.

Let's all today treasure... the gift of life!

Wishing everyone
wonderful Friday!
