Be Your Own Anchor

Being my own anchor means that I am working on doing things for me. 
It means keeping myself centered. 
I have to keep myself in mind whenever I do things. 
Say "no" and meaning it. 
It means taking care of myself and not putting my worth in the hands of others!

Being my own anchor means putting me first. 
I can not nor will not get lost in others, in work and let life pass me by. 
Enjoy simplicity... for the sake of self-grounding.

I had a lot of fun creating these two similar paintings. 

These FUN, LOVING paintings will be used as samples, for I will be teaching an adult Monday Mixed Media Class here at Voila Art Studio
