It Is Always There For Us

Art
Today  Tomorrow  Always

Right there at our finger tips...
just grab some paint and squeeze!

play - explore - discover - create

No skill required, simply apply yourself.
Art is engaging in an activity deemed to be an art.
Visually expressing an emotion, thought, or a story.

There is no wrong way to go about it!

What are you waiting for...?
If you don't make art, someone else will. It's just that simple.

Happy Tuesday!

  6. I only watched the beginning of the video, but can you imagine if we all had such a chance to play with paint so freely?!?! I would love to see my girls in a similar environment; I guess that's up to me, isn't it??

  7. So true April. I've had a horrible day today and ate candy and chips for dinner while in a ball on the couch in response but the one thing I couldn't not do tonight was create something (and see what the rest of you have been creating). It's been such a relief and a release. Thank you for sharing your beauty my friend. xx

  9. Wonderful post April shared that video on Facebook..I can't tell you how many people say they have no artistic talent or can't make art cause their not good at it...you only have to try and have the intention of exploring.

  10. Your page looks so free and lovely and inspiring. The little girl in the video has the same spirit and am so glad no one has told her not to make a mess, know what I mean? We should all be so loose and childlike in our work. I could certainly use some loosening up.

I'd like to get my grandson painting like that. I think he'd enjoy it. As soon as he stops eating the crayons and paint, I think we'll give it a try. ha-ha.
