Forecast Reads

 I was thrilled to hear, that Southern California is expecting rain!!
After a Summer, of record breaking temperatures http://www.livescience.com
this is a sign of relief, and a celebration was in order.
Got out my Speedball Cutter
http://www.dickblick.com and craved away...
I created this rubber stamp shaped cloud, applied watercolors,
acrylic inks, and collage raindrops were applied. 
As we know, rain is not this colorful... yet as an artist, we can imagine it so!
Enjoy. Imagine. Be playful.

    What a celebration of rain! Here in Seattle we're supposed to get some this weekend too after 80 days or so w/o. Unheard of here in the NW! Viva la rain! :)
