Creating A Signature Book


I simply drool over seeing other
artists hade-made or altered 
 books.
***
Now it is time for me to take up this craft...
I love a challenge!
So I am staring off by experimenting with 
* recyclable materials *
* scrap papers *
* gesso *
* variety of paints *
* masking tape *
* pen & ink *
(whatever comes to mind)
***
This will be a process...
I am looking forward to seeing 
how I develop in this skilled craft.
***

Honestly...
I had a wonderful time creating these signature books!

    I am glad you enjoyed taking a look at these signature books.
    Because, this is an on going project,
    there will be more to see as time goes on.
    I am hoping to create a nice collection for myself, and have some for sale in the near future!!

    I loved looking at these; I think they bring such a personal touch to the journals and really capture more deeply a snapshot of your life at that moment- WELL DONE!

    What fun books! Great project. Maybe when you discover a design you would like to share, you could provide a tutorial. I keep purchasing books about bookbinding, but haven't worked up the nerve to embark on a project of my own.
